Information we collect
We collect the information you provide directly — name, business name, contact details, and any financial documents you choose to share during an engagement — along with basic site-usage data common to most websites (pages visited, browser type, approximate location).
How we use it
Information you provide is used to deliver the advisory services you've engaged us for: filing suppression and opt-out requests, structuring corporate credit, preparing your file, and advising on capital strategy. We do not use your information for any purpose beyond the engagement you've agreed to.
What we don't do
CreditKraft does not sell, rent, or license applicant data to third-party lenders, insurers, or marketers. We do not generate trigger leads from our own clients' applications.
Document handling
Bank statements and financial documents you share are used solely to prepare your file for submission to lenders you've selected. We retain documents only as long as needed for the engagement and any legally required retention period, and can discuss deletion timelines on request.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to retain it, by emailing rates@creditkraft.com.
